5 WordPress Plug-ins for CMS wordpress websites

On 11, Sep 2012 | No Comments | In Tools | By Bow

There are a lot of free great wordpress plug-in around the globe but as I’m a designer, I use wordpress as a CMS to building website for my clients. Here is a list of my frequently used plug-in, in another words, these are wordpress plug-in I can’t live without!

1. Advanced Custom Filed

This is my most favourite wordpress plug-in ever, you can use it to setup any field and build any websites as you want. ACF is free but the their paid add-ons are awesome, so this is my first and only wordpress plug-in I’ve ever paid for, and it’s really worth for it’s price.

2. Advanced Text Widget

Need a custom widget that can be done with a simple PHP code in a single lines? So you don’t need to build custom widget from the beginning because Advanced Text Widget  will allow you to write any PHP code to use in widget! Is that awesome?

3. Post Types Order

This is very convenience plugin for content-driven website, you can re-order everything e.g. post, post categories, page, taxonomy, etc.

4. Tweet, Like, Google +1 and Share

Most of wordpress websites I build always minimalist and clear layout style, so when it’s come to social media sharing, I just need something that simple and I found “Tweet, Like, Google +1 and Share” is doing exactly what I expected, just a small buttons with count number  and you can modified the looks and feels just like on the facebook developer button generate service page, that’s enough for me.
* By now, I want Pinterest button to the collection but I’m not sure if this plug-in gonna add more social network buttons more than the primary three or not, as their name is quite long now.

5. All in One SEO Pack

I am not a SEO expert but I have to do some basic SEO settings for my client website so I need one plug-in that can do the job and this is my choice.
